This was a difficult decision for us, but we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Yes! Showers are available on site, including for guests staying in the bunkhouses. Due to limited water capacity at the venue, we ask that showers be limited to 5 minutes. Guests bringing trailers should please fill their water tanks in Pincher Creek prior to arriving.

We will be providing supper on the 12th, as well as a light breakfast on the 13th. There is an on-site outdoor kitchen with a large fridge, multiple stoves, and a barbeque that guests are welcome to use at any time during their stay.

There is no cell service or public Wi-Fi at the venue. For emergencies, a private Wi-Fi network will be available.

As much as we love them, pets are not permitted at the venue.

Drinks will be available at a cash bar, with prices ranging from $2 to $5.
